2024 Sustainability Report

Publication of the Sustainability Report

In fiscal year2024, Japan’s average temperature deviation was +1.64℃, significantly exceeding the previous record of +1.29℃ in 2023, the highest since the statistics began in 1898.
The global average temperature deviation has also reached its highest value since statistics began in 1891, far exceeding the previous highest value recorded in 2023.
As a result, we are seeing disasters caused by climate changes; such as heat waves, tropical cyclones and droughts around the world; and flooding caused by heavy rains and localized downpours in various parts of Japan. We believe that we must further accelerate our efforts to combat global warming.
As interest in “environmentally friendly products” grows in the market, our company is working together as a whole on decarbonization activities and is on track to achieve our 2025 target.
Without stopping this progress, we will continue to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society together with our customers and the achievement of the next 2030 target through “better system proposals” and “environmentally friendly products” based on our strength in TPS.
