Online Consulting Process

  1. STEP 1:Application
    After filling in the required items on "Online Consulting Reservation", submit request.
    ※Please try to complete the application with in 5 days prior to the desired date.
  2. STEP 2:Message from responsible personnel
    Contact from responsible personnel for schedule coordination
  3. STEP 3:Date・URL notification
    Date of the event and Teams URL for access will be sent.
  4. STEP 4:Commence Online Consulting
    When it reaches the reserved time, access the URL and commence the Online Consulting.

Online Consulting Conference Times

There are 2 Online Consulting Conference Times: "Morning Session" and "Afternoon Session".

Terms of Service (Purpose of use for personal information)

Shintec Hozumi Co., Ltd. (hereon referred to as "Our Company") acquires customer personal information for Online Consulting and also to provide information related to our company's products and services to the customer. Before applying, have a look at the following items and if accepted, click the (Reservation) button.

◆Online Consulting
  • ・Applications are required to completed in advance. (5 days prior to the Online Consulting Date)
  • ・If 10 minutes of the reservation time has passed and an online connection cannot be done, then the reservation will be canceled.
  • ・If there any deficiencies in the contents of the application, the application will be invalidated.
◆ Handling of personal information
  • ・When applying for Online Consulting, please be sure to read the details of the handling of personal information in our "Privacy Policy" before applying. Customer personal information (such as name and mail address) is strictly data management controlled in order not to lose it, or cause damage or defamation. Acquired personal information may be used in order make notifications related to products and services provided by our company with the applicant's statistics.

◆Points of concern to be capable of using Online Consulting
  • ・The following various terminals will be used for audio and video.
  • ・The service can be used from any of the customer's on hand PCs, Tablets, and Smartphones.
  • ・It is recommended to use in a Wi-Fi environment in order to use packet transmission.
  • ・Please take heed that Online Consulting may not be usable due to the influence of the Internet line speed and security used by the customer.
    ※Please note that depending on the content of the consultation, we may record the communication with the customer using this system.
